1.

Anxiety begins as a vague fear. If you swiftly nip this fear in the bud while it's still small, the anxiety will quickly vanish. The reason for plucking out this bud is to expel that fear from your mind as soon as possible. Also, it's important to try as much as possible not to acknowledge the fear. You must firmly deny its existence. Prayer is key in doing this. Once acknowledged, the fear, having been recognized, grows rapidly, becoming unmanageable.

2.

Fear is believing in something that is wrong.

If you believe only in what comes straight down from heaven, you cannot be afraid.

Fear is a wandering thought created by humans.

By being misled by that thought, new fears will follow.

If you believe only in God and practice only love, you will not allow or accept any thought vibrations such as fear around you.

They are naturally repelled.

3.

In the modern era, people who do everything excessively are often regarded as impressive individuals. But is that really the case? There are times when humans need to do nothing and remain still to sufficiently store energy within themselves. Due to overworking or doing too much, they fail to adequately conserve energy within their spirit and body, ultimately resulting in illness or business failure, without accomplishing their goals.

4.

It is said that life is a series of choices and decisions. These are made based on the experience, knowledge, and information one has accumulated, but in most cases, decisions are more often made on intuition. Preferences, likes and dislikes, feelings, tend to precede over experience and knowledge. Furthermore, following these feelings allows one to lead a life more in line with what they envision for themselves. This is because intuition is an answer that flows from God.
