When dark and negative thoughts cross our minds, we utter bright words like "Infinite Light". When encountering unpleasant situations, we tell ourselves, "It's okay. These are fading away.( See the video, 'How man should reveal his inner self') I won't mind it anymore. Infinite peace. Infinite forgiveness."
When feeling down, we say "Infinite joy", "Infinite happiness", etc., and shift back to our naturally bright consciousness.
By consistently using such words of light, the negative thoughts lurking within us gradually vanish, revealing the divinity that lies beyond.
